no title.

I don't know if anyone recalls that one goal I made a while back... the one where I promised a new blog post once a week? Well, I will be honest, today was the first time in a long time in which I actually remembered that I did make a blog post about it...... weeks and weeks after of a blog growing very slowly. (not once a week)
So, as I confess of my wrongdoings and feel extremely guilty, I will write a blog post.
*I actually don't feel necessariily guilty of not writing in my blog because, trust me, I could do much worse. And it just goes to show how often I don't actually keep to my goals.

Anywho! I have already spent a solid 8 months here in Germany, and I only have got another 9 weeks to go. Where in the world did that time go? I'll be honest, I have no idea. Everyday I am closer to America. Every day I am older than I've ever been in my life but also the youngest I will be in the future.

Although there are many things I love about Germany. One of those would have to be how they deal with pauses and breaks. Meaning making sure they have time to relax and what not.
School would be a great example of this. Everyday School starts at 8.10 after each 1 and half hours of lessons, the school get's an entire 15 minutes to chat, eat, relax, and whatever else you might want to do. School ends at 1.10 that is unless you have "Nachmittags unterricht" ( afternooon lessons) which will start at 2.10 meaning you have another hour to just chill, go into the city, eat, eat icecream, have some coffee and cake, lay on top of the giant wall, whatever you desire.
And then after you are done with class, if it's at 1.10 or 3.40.... when you get home, you kind of just hang around the house. No after school sports. Perhaps study for something (homework isn't the same here)
Anyways, as they do thoroughly enjoy their breaks that means school breaks, vacations, or holliday (whatever you want to call it) are a bit longer than those in the U.S and that's not including summer. SUch as Easter, we got 2 weeks off of school just to celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus.

and in 5 weeks I will get another 2 weeks off of school, after that I will head to Berlin for a few days, and then I will be on my way back home then to start summer in utah. Hooray for being super relaxed.

Which reminds me, I shoud probably blog about my easter adventures. That is, if this lazyitis doesn't encumber me too much.
