2nd week

and those I love and who are reading this blog, that was only week one of McKenna's Spring Break.

The second week I took a train down to Germany's beloved Lake Constance (Der Bodensee) to visit one of my very best friends in my program: Emma McMahon of Tucson Arizona.

We had a grand time. English 24/7. THe hunger games, breakfast at tiffany's, swimming (German swimming pools beat the ones in the U.S by a long run), a lot of cake, Die Minau (island on the lake), switzerland and the list goes on and on.

A view of the Swiss alps

Couldn't get any more american.

The swiss German congratulated me on being the first McKenna he had ever met.

This is Emma.

Such apartments in Zürich.

Spring break

As I said in one of the last posts that I posted... I had 2 full weeks of Osternferien (easter holidays). It was absolutely lovely.
I went to a total of 2 18th birthday parties.
Went to nürnberg and met up with a friend of mine. Which, i thinki might have mentioned before... I love that city.

And i went to my first real soccer game! The fürth kleeblätter. Fürth shamrocks.

They won 3-0 and would then get into the 1st bundestliga the next week. Couldnt have asked for a better soccer game:)
And then.. Easter sunday, i recieved a chocolate bunny

And went out to eat and then took a spaziergang. (walk)

Procrastination

You know, in all my many years of living... I never thought one could procrastinate on taking pictures or even procrastinate on a blog. (For, it's for enjoyment not for stress, money, or a grade)
Well, looks as though I have done a bit of both. Scheisse!

Cheers to me taking up these last 2 months to take pictures and write stuff in this blog.

and a few pictures to just show...
